Asking him to correct the reference to him as "Captain"; explaining that the papers have mistakenly "styled him 'Captain'. Mr. Balfour is a captain in the East Lothian & Berwickshire Yeomanry but he need hardly observe that he has no desire to be called so: and Mr. Balfour would be much obliged to Mr. Walford if he would do all in his power to put an end to the misapprehension."
