Setting a meeting with "whichever of you can most conveniently...call in Downing Street at three tomorrow. In the mean Time I am of the opinion that under all the Circumstances, It will be best, for this Time, to acquiesce in the arrangement which has been made, and to accept the Bills in favor of Mr. Sebastian Fritag(?)."
