Summary
Concerning planting he wishes to do on the land he rents from him; saying that he has heard he was in Shrewsbury that morning and that he would not therefore have received a letter he sent him concerning the planting 2 days before (MA 297.25); reiterating that he understands that he has permission to do what he pleases with the land but that he wanted to obtain his consent before proceeding; asking if he might have time to come and see the lands "& [I] should have the opportunity of pointing out in Exchange for them which I believe you would think eligible & beneficial to your Estate."
