How cautiously he makes his advances! - with what an amiable diffidence he approaches the sanctuary of fine pictures. As he writes a very pretty hand I have still no objection to receive a proof of his good penmanship in the shape of a [illegible] for the sum required - I write merely to express the continuance of that disposition & to assure you of my most sincere & cordial regard."
