Summary
Concerning the publication of his new book on the political connection between England and Ireland; saying it is now printed and will be sent shortly to Mr. Cadell; requesting that "as soon as it arrives it may be advertized and published;" enclosing a list of people to whom he would like copies sent; commenting "The late good news from America and the success of the first propositions are most favourable circumstances for the Ministry. Ireland seems to have been the most unlucky ground for the opposition they ever attempted."
