Summary
Explaining that the "servants house scheme" would not work "at such a distance as Clerkenwell", that the house would have to be located in the neighborhood of the Home for Neglected & Destitute Girls in Ilford, Essex, and that they are already finding it difficult to handle "returned servants" along with younger children in the existing home.
