Concerning scheduling conflicts for the Maryland delegation to the General Convention to be held in Philadelphia on June 11th; detailing the difficulties it poses for his delegation with respect to the expenses it will cause them and the time away from their businesses; expressing concerns for the location of the convention in Philadelphia with regard to the "fevers" reported over the warm winter; suggesting the General Convention be postponed until September and that it be held in Baltimore, Wilmington, Trenton or Burlington rather than Philadelphia.
