Summary
Concerning the advice given by Lord Thurlow to Mr. Tyrwhitt that "the Privy Purse of the Princess of Wales, [be] lodged at a Separate Bankers from that of His Royal Highness; informing him that he had written to Drummond "as the most convenient;" asking that he sign the enclosed and send it to Drummond so that they can "apply to the Exchequer for the money & will place it to the Private account of Her Royal Highness."
