Concerning the Earl of Warwick's ship: directing Tourney that "if my Lord of Warwickes ship be yett at Cowes and that she be under command that you can be certaine to stay her it is the Kings pleasure that you should doe soe untill his Mty gives farther order"; adding "but if she be not under command and besides of good value which by this time I hope you know you are not to attempt it"; cautioning him that "you must use all your discretion and all your silence herein and never speake word of it except you see you can make it very safe"; saying that he will expect an answer from Tourney at Winchester.
