Summary
Concerning his survey of Passamaquoddy Bay; requesting "if a copy of my letter respecting our eastern boundary is not already forwarded to Mr. Adams" that they make corrections to it as detailed in this letter; making specific corrections to descriptions of boundary lines regarding St. Andrews Bay, St. Croix, Campobello and Deer Islands; asking if they might tell him when he is expected in Boston; adding, in a postscript directed to Mr. Phillips, that he is "unable at this time to answer the postscript" in his letter "but I will not forget the Subject." .
