Returning a Memoranda and asking him to return two letters if he does not intend to use them; adding "Pray tell Mr. Croker I shall be able to say something new (at last I think so) on the Navy of Henry the Vth. Do you know any thing of a map of Ireland, made with extraordinary care and toil in the reign of Queen Elizabeth, which took five or six years of actual and minute Survey. I have found the Charges for making it - and no less than £32 was paid for horses lost during the taking of it."
