Summary
Replying to her stepson's letter relating news of Trafalgar and the death of Lord Nelson; concluding the letter with "Had I been his Wife or his Mother I would rather have wept him dead, than seen him languish on a less splendid day; in such a Death there is no sting, in such a Grave there is everlasting Victory."
