Notes
Dating: John Parkhurst was nominated to the see of Norwich on 27 March 1560 and consecrated on 1 September; Parker died on 17 May 1575 and Parkhurst died on 2 February 1575.
Letter is written in the hand of an amanuensis "ffrom my house at Lambith this xxiith of December," and is signed by Parker "Matthue Cantuar."
With trace of a seal and addressed on verso "To the reverend father and my loving Brother the Bishoppe of Norwch [sic]."

Praising his order that Dean cease his "covert kind[es] of preachinge." Discussing an "Anabaptiste" being held by Norwich, noting that if the Anabaptist allows his children to be christened and recants before his own people, then Norwich may release him "and order him as yow see cause."
