Relaying news about diplomatic negotiations involving Sweden; passing on a proposal concerning "the preservation of Dantzig"; telling Robinson "I have written this night by direction to Mr Stanhope that if he find this is agreeable to ye other ministers, that he should be admitted; & there may come some good from having a negotiation on foot with his ministers, & it is more reasonable since the King of Prussia is grown very cool [...] The order of council is dispatchd & seald for releasing the Swedish man of warr, & the merchant men: but it is too late to send you a copy 'til next post."
