This letter was enclosed in a letter from the Marquis of Londonderry, at the direction of Lord Castlereagh, to Sir James Pulteney (MA 1272.52) directing Pulteney to expedite the settlement of Colonel Ogle's accounts in order that he may return to Ireland.
