Reporting on business of the Diocese and the services he performed in the Diocese since the last Convention; summarizing the sermons he has preached, baptisms and confirmations performed, churches he has consecrated; detailing churches under construction and ordinations he has held; reporting on the financial needs of the missionary work under the auspices of the Society for the Advancement of Christianity in Pennsylvania; proposing a subscription plan to raise the funds; providing the names and parishes of the eleven missionaries now receiving support; reminding the members of the needs of the parishes that have "decayed, & are perhaps on the verge of extinction."
