Summary
Reporting he had arrived safely in Albany but "found the Commissioners for the Massachusetts Connecticut and New York had been gone from here to the Camp more than Three Days before we arrived;" relating the illness of George with whom he traveled to Albany and who "has lost use of his Limbs almost as much as I had of mine last year so that he can neither stand nor go nor use his Hands and what will be the event I know not it gives me a great deal of trouble to look after him but that cannot be helped;" adding that he will return as soon as possible.
