Summary
Noting that because Mr. Wills "has taken the unusual course of transmitting to Mr. Webster a copy of his letter to [Manby]," he [Manby] is "therefore compelled, very reluctantly, to diverge from the strict business mode of conducting arbitrations and to transmit to [Dickens] a copy of his reply to Mr. Wills."
