A report as ambassador in France to the Florentine government: he introduces the bearer, Edouardo Bugliotti who is being sent as representative of the French king to inquire concerning the monies due the King; M. believes that this money will have to be paid and advises against trying to delay; he suggests writing only the truth to the French court, failure to do so being largely responsible for the present unfavorable attitude toward Florence.
