Including 1 folder containing ca. 62 p. of loose notes and transcripts of letters; 1 folder containing a section (25 p., photocopied) on Ellery Channing; 1 folder containing a transcription by Lathrop of a portion of and 1830 notebook belonging to Elizabeth Manning Hawthorne (her Aunt Ebe); 1 folder containing notes (2 p.) pertinent to Lathrop and her husband's book "History of the Visitation Order;" and 1 notebook containing the article "Hawthorne as Worker" (published ca. 1894) and a description (5 p.) of Lathrop's Aunt Ebe, accompanied by pencil. The 62 p. of loose notes are possibly in a different hand.
