Summary
Saying "Stevenson's story "gars me a' grue" and I don't like it at all. As a tolerably faithful admirer I may say so, and I particularly like his voyage, and wish it were in 10 vols. I have had more earaches, or whatever they are. Perhaps you can tell me if a kind of ghost story of mine, about the Roman corpse of Julia ever appeared in London. It was in print at one time."
