Summary
Reporting on troop movements; enclosing "copies of my letters relating to exchanges of prisoners &c which passed between Lord Cornwallis & me. Part of the prisoners to be exchanged have arrived at James Town from Charlestown;" adding in a postscript that he does not have the time to make the copies of the letters but "shall send them by some other opportunity. They are not interesting."
