Summary
Saying that Richelieu, the garde des sceaux [Keeper of the Seals of France, i.e. Pierre Séguier], and Bouthillier, the Secretary of State, must recall that he will not pardon Puylaurens [i.e. Antoine de Laage] unless he honestly discloses what he knows about the undertakings, plans, and plots against the king's person, state, and family; and gives his assurance that, if he wishes to remain in the kingdom, he will not arouse the king's suspicion and will submit to his wishes as a faithful subject must.
