Worrying that they may have been hasty in setting a consecration date for Dr. Onderdonk; expressing concerns regarding the ordination of someone who is a citizen of another country without waiting for the prescribed time by the Canons; adding, in a postscript, a reference to a particular contradiction in Church law.
