Summary
Responding to his "expression of decided Approbation of ye Theological Seminary;" saying that at his attendance at the anniversary Meeting for the examination of the students, he observed the students to be studious and the professors to be diligent; saying that, in his opinion, "there is nothing wanting but Sufficiency of funds & a suitable Building."
