Summary
Saying "I am a day late; but will you & Mrs. Henley please accept my hearty congratulations notwithstanding? Our congratulations, rather; for of course my wife joins. I trust you are keeping well, or comparatively well - well enough, I see, to give us your work at fairly frequent intervals. Do you know that Harold Parsons is writing a book - on the Crown & the Colonies, I understand. He is rusticating with it in Lincolnshire, bringing down 900 pages of type-written M.S. into something printable. I hope the book will make a hit. It should."
