Extending an invitation to the convention in Wilmington; explaining the substance of a letter from the English Archbishops in which they "solemnly exhort us to restore ye omitted Article of ye Ap: Creed & they wish that we would retain ye other two Creeds in ye Book;" detailing specific suggestions and requirements from the Archbishops with regard to specific articles in the Ecclesiastical Constitution.
