Explaining the inconvenience to which he is subjected due to the regulations regarding the passage of carriages in front of the House of Lords; adding that his house is "directly opposite to the house of Lords" and his carriage is forced to go a long way around to get him to the House; requesting a ticket with his name on it that would allow him direct passage.
