Summary
Telling Thoreau he does not believe he is bored in Concord, "with its delightful walks and [Thoreau's] internal resources"; chiding him for not sending any news of C[ambridge] in his last letter and encouraging him to "say something of the Yeoman's Gazette and of the politics of the town and county"; saying he is sorry that he doesn't know of a situation for Thoreau.
