Summary
Concerning his orders to repair the road between New Windsor and Easton; informing him he will coordinate with the Delaware Battalion under Colonel Hall; adding "the extreem badness of the Roads & weakness of our Teams has prevented my geting further then this place - we shall reach our ground this Evening but several Waggons of each Brigade are left behind; I will not get up 'till some time Tomorrow." .
