Enclosing his "Constant Ticket;" explaining that he'd been informed by Sir Peter Burrell's secretary that there were new regulations regarding the tickets; hoping that Lady Thorold will be "permitted to hear Mr. Sheridan's Speeches. There was a Slight Objection made at the Door, heretofore, on acc't of the Tickets not being Sealed."
