Granting permission for families to leave Yorktown with their effects; reporting that Doctor [Corbin] Griffin was "put on board a Frigate" because he was said to "have been particularly attentive to our Works with a design to give Intelligence to our enemies," but adding that Griffin has been "set at liberty" because "the suspicions against him do not appear ... to be well founded."
