Summary
Attesting to an agreement made severally in Pisa on December 20, 1771 by George Chamberlayne "residing at the University of Cambridge", at the request Henry, Earl of Lincoln, "one of the Members of the parliament of Great Britain" and with "Thomas Coutts of the Strand London Banker", to pay 3,000 Roman Sequins, three years following the agreement, to Comte de Zannovich; additionally attesting that there was only one agreement signed and any subsequent bills were an attempt to defraud either the deponents or Messrs. James & Thomas Coutts.
