Saying that he applied for tickets to the Warren Hastings trial but was refused because he was not a Peer in Parliament; explaining that he is a Peer of Scotland and believes, "by the Act of Unison is allow'd every other Honor & Privilege of an English Peer" and has a right to tickets to the trial; asking that Sir Peter Burrell order tickets to be delivered to him.
