Confirming that he delivered an enclosure for Keally's brother to "..the Secretarys office the next morning & put it into the Portugall Pacquett. I had no great faith in y'r promises yet I am willing to expect y'r performance & hope you will celebrate the ensuing festivall in Arundell Street[.] great revolutions have been there since the Death of Sapho. things not to be entrusted to frail paper and pacquett boats.
