Confirming that he delivered an enclosure for Keally's brother to "..the Secretarys office the next morning & put it into the Portugall Pacquett. I had no great faith in y'r promises yet I am willing to expect y'r performance & hope you will celebrate the ensuing festivall in Arundell Street[.] great revolutions have been there since the Death of Sapho. things not to be entrusted to frail paper and pacquett boats. My Service to in human Robin whose letters I always punctually answered. an exactness I would not have you observe at this time for - nil mibi rescribas attamen ipse veni - Jack Allen. Epist.3'd."
