Summary
Concerning Miss E's poor financial situation; saying "I am horrified to find poor Miss E. is short of cash! As she has torn up her will - Miss Stills certainly oughtn't to have any money responsibility for her. I only waited to hand over the money till I heard what we were to do about the pianette - but I have now written to my husband to tell him to send you all Miss E.'s money at once. Will you kindly send him a receipt? I will send Miss E. the account of it - & whatever is done in reference to the pianette we can 'settle up' afterwards. I wish you could see this gorgeous window now being 'put up to my Mother's memory! - It is the finest I ever saw. I am 'up to my eyes' in work;" adding, in a postscript, "Don't you think Miss E. ought now to put aside or hand over to you or to Miss Stills the money for her funeral expenses. I mean Miss ?. ought not to be bound for that, when Miss E's money may be left anywhere. Now she has begun to destroy her wills - I shouldn't wonder if she made a fresh one whenever she felt a little ennuied once a week or so!!!! To whom will she bequeath Flo! / ?"
