Concerning the lineage of Lady Byron; saying "You are probably right about Melbourne. The first Lord Melbourne married the sister of Sir Ralph Milbanke, who married the sister of Lord Wentworth. Sir Ralph after L'd W's death, took the name of Noel, which is now borne by his daughter Lady Byron.
