Summary
Saying that he has been confined at home for two days by a "bilious disorder," but that he "ventured yesterday to St. James to make my bow;" adding "I wish to have my name announced in the List of the Persons who were at St. James at the Drawing room yesterday, which is generally inserted in the Evening papers : for the purpose only of having it known that I was & am in Town - I shall be glad to see you this day at the Treasury or tomorrow morning here."
