Summary
Requesting that he support the petition of Dr. Thomas Bray for reimbursement of money spent on the Plantations; explaining "His forwardness to encourage ye Plantations has realy drawn considerably more money from him, then he has received. But this it may be will be thought not so discreet an action in him. But when you consider ye goodness of his intentions, & ye goodness of his nature, to have a better opinion of ye world then it deserves for want of experience : I am sure you will think he deserves compassion."
