Summary
Asking for his help in obtaining a position in the Church for his brother; saying "I take the Liberty of troubling you as I hear that Doctor Nicols is very ill and hope that in case He should die you would be so obliging as to lay my brother's Application before the King as early as you can and if He should meet with Success I can assure you I shall think myself very greatly obliged to you. I hope you will excuse the Liberty I have taken before the Vacancy happens but as I am but little in Town at present I thought it very probably that news of the Death of Doctor Nicols might come when I was out of the Way."
