Summary
Replying to Lord Saltoun's inquiries of January 22, 1788; informing him that "no Peeress whatever has a box prepared for her at Westminster Hall & that the admission of all Peeresses is under the direction of the House of Lords. Sir Peter Burrell does not yet know what regulations will take place respecting such Peers of Scotland as are not of the Sixteen."
