With three probate documents attesting to the authenticity of the Will, signed by James Whitefield as Register of Probates, each dated May 30, 1777; the three documents were signed individually by James Foley, Thomas Hovenden and William Hornby, the three witnesses to the original Will; with an additional attestation signed by James Whitefield noting that Lyman Hall, "one of the Executors named in the annexed Will qualified as such said 30th May 1777 before me."
Summary
Being his Last Will and Testament; bequeathing half of his estate to his wife and daughter equally and the other half to the Reverend Thomas Bosomworth; appointing Thomas Savage and Lyman Hall as his Executors with additional signatures as witnesses of James Foley, William Hornby and Thomas Hovenden.
