Enclosing a copy of an address from the General Officers to Congress and requesting he "join in the same and the Gen'l Officers under your command;" also asking that he return the address so that it might be sent to General Gates before it is sent to Congress; additionally asking if he would ask General Wayne, "being in the neighborhood of your Camp", to "get his name to it also."
