Reporting on the results of a meeting of the Portuguese Minister's Envoy to Madrid with "the Prince of Peace" in which the "Court of Madrid advised that of Portugal to ratify without further delay, the Treaty concluded with France;" discussing in detail the position of "the prince"on the relationship between Spain and France as it relates to Portugal; saying that he had received this information from Lord Grenville.
