Address panel with seal and postmarks (August 14, 1820 and "TwoPy Post / Unpaid / SO Hampstead") and addressed to "John Taylor Esqre / Taylor & Hessey / Booksellers Fleet Street."

This letter enclosed "scrap of paper" on which Keats has written his will. Taylor attached this document to the letter which he attested, signed, and dated 22 Sept. 1820.
