Written from Harley Street on Saturday, the 18th." The Kembles lived at Harley Street from December 1841 through mid-November 1842 when they moved to the Clarendon Hotel for several weeks. It it possible it was written on Saturday, June 18th, 1842 as June was the only month in 1842 when the 18th fell on a Saturday.
The letter is signed Fanny Butler; Miss Kemble married Pierce Butler in 1834 and they were divorced in 1847.
