Concerning a prisoner exchange involving Captain [Samuel] Willoe; saying "I should be happy in Gratifying Cap't Willoe in his request and my Inclination to Do it, is much Increased as it is your Desire also - But as you have wrote to His Excellency General Washington on the Subject of an Exchange I must Desire the matter may rest until you receive His answer."
