Saying "I can see that you are going to give me exactly what I want. It is splendid of you. Please (1) Tell me name of any hotel in Kendal. (2) Write a note to your friend Mr. Wakefield that long [illegible] I am going to call upon him. (3) Write to [illegible] Gordon Wordsworth too. It will be very exciting to me to meet Wordsworth's grandson. I shall call on you on Friday next. I go to London on Thursday.
