Summary
Concerning a Will which he has enclosed and in which the "Residue of the Property is given to Sir William for life - then to you for life - and afterwards to the children in manner mentioned in the Will;" detailing four declarations of Lady Bath concerning the distribution of property based on her issue; concluding "Consequently according to the strict Letter of the Will - The Residue, after your death is not disposed of - and unless a Court of Equity should supply the Defect in the Will, then as it seems to me, you would take absolutely the personal Estate - This Part of the Case certainly deserves serious attention."
