Summary: 

Concerning the urgency of getting two Regiments of Cavalry to Sir Ralph Abercromby using Troop Transport ships; providing specific directions on how to proceed; informing him "that it is the first Object that should engage your attention, and that you are not to allow yourself to be diverted from carrying it into execution with the utmost celerity by any remonstrance you may receive from Mr. Pinto or any other Quarter;" adding "The Orders to the Captain of the Braakel are to receive such Troops as you may desire & to convey them to such Destination as you may point out - Should it be the Cavalry you will of course order them to Malta & if Infantry to England or Minorca as may accord with the Declaration of the Corps embarked."
